For recurrent itchy blisters on arms, chest and back you can take antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with avil or cetrizine for severe itching and redness. You can use betnovate-c or valnerate-n cream for local application. If still the itching or redness persists than you can take some steroids as suggested by your doctor.
