What Causes Recurrent Itching Sensation And Thick Pink Discharge From Vagina?
Hi dr,I have several issues 1. Since the start of the year I started to get a really irritating itch around my bottom and vagina. I itched it one evening and on my hand was little white worm like things. I thought it was the cotton from my underwear but then it began to move. I ignored it thinking I was going crazy but every month around the time of my period they come back. What are they? How can I get rid? 2. For the past month my vagina has been sore and very very itchy. I have noticed that I am discharging more than normal. Am I going mad or is something wrong? 3. The last day or two the discharge has turned like a thick pink/purple colour. Ive never seen it like that before. Is this normal? Please help.

I think what you have is pinworm infection and you need to have albendazole 400 mg one now and another after 14 days and you will be fter touching the area and clean the area where you are sittinf thoroughly treated you have to keep the area dry maintain hygeine and wash hands just after touching that area and
if possible clean your carpets and bedsheets thoroughly and vaccum carpeted areas to prevent recurrence &spread
