General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The lymphocytes, neutrophils, basophils, monocytes are all types of white blood cells.
The total white cell count matters more than this breakdown, the breakdown is mainly used if the total is abnormal.

Neutrophils , lymphocytes and other aspects of the white cell count respond to different types of inflammation.
If the total is abnormal then it may mean that you have an infection , with your symptoms and signs, it may be an urinary tract infection.

Epithelial cells can be seen in the urine, it does mean that there is any abnormality present

You may need a urine sample sent to the lab to determine if bacteria are present

I hope this helps
