Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Chest pain and irritation can be due to Gastritis and Gastro esophageal reflux (GERD). But better to rule out cardiac cause of it by doing ecg examination to be on safe side. For gastritis and GERD I would suggest taking proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole and motility enhancers like Domperidone for 4 to 6 weeks. If there is no improvement then a consultation with Gastroenterologist should be done.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
