Thank you for your query
After unprotected intercourse, semen has certain chemicals that can cause spasms which may be mildly painful.
In certain other situations the act of intercourse itself could cause abdominal discomfort due stimulation of the cervix and uterus.
If this is recent development, I would recommend a visit to your OBGYN to rule out vaginal and pelvic causes for the pain including infection.
A swollen ovary does not mean that you are pregnant
If you have regular menstrual cycles of approximately 28-30 days, chances for pregnancy are minimal in the first and last week.
Would you clarify, for me, how you know that your left ovary is swollen.
Hope I've been if help. Please feel free to ask if you need any clarification
Wish you good health
