Although incision and drainage is a relatively quick and easy procedure that provides almost immediate relief to the patient, this approach should be discouraged because there is a tendency for the cyst or abscess to recur. Permanent solutions include procedures such as insertion of a Word catheter for a duct cyst or gland abscess, and marsupialization of a cyst and you should consult gynecolgoist about this and this is what I recommend if you cant stand recurrence of symptoms anymore.
