What Causes Rectal Pain?

I AM EXPERIENCING ANAL/RECTUM PAIN FOR THE PAST WEEK. NO BLOOD. MOVEMENTS ARE SMALL AND TUBULAR. FREQUENT MOVEMENTS DAILY. BEEN PREVIOUSLY DIAGNOSED WITH HEMMOROIDS WITH LAST COLONSCOPY 2011. THE PAIN HAS WAKENED ME FROM NIGHT SLEEP TWICE IN THE PAST 6 MOS. FEELS LIKE A CONSTANT PRESSURE REGULAR COLONSCOPY DUE IN 2015. OVERALL FEELING WEAK.

.you dint need to worry about it and it can be easily solved with some life style modification s

As per your complains along with haemorroids you are also having anal fissure that causes pain during your defecation

At present follow the following advice
1. Plenty of water and high fiber diet
2. Lignocaine jelly 2% apply in the peri anal region before and after defecation. With help you to pass stool
3. Stool fortners like lactulose or cremaffin twice daily till looose stools
4. Sitz bath thrice daily. Sit in Luke warm water with your buts dipped in it.

With these modifications your symptoms should receive and you will feel better
