My puppys were infected with worms took them to the vet and got them all fixed up I asked the vet if it qas transmitted he said no but lately I am very itchy in my rectum area and have been passing white worm looking stuff with my stools could it be that

From your description you likely have Pinworm Infection, less likely Flatworm/Tapeworm infection.
Pinworm infection is not transmitted from animals to humans, but is quite commonly transmitted among humans, especially among children and from children to adults. You can buy medications to treat Pinworm over the counter - you can Google this information.

Tapeworm infections are treated with prescription medications, so if you still have the worm problem after trying the Pinwarm treatment, you will need to call/see your doctor for a prescription.
