I have a rash under my eyes, it almost looks like someone laid a hot curling iron across the thin skin under my eyes. I got the same thing last year at this time. My backyard is woods, and I just moved here last year. I'm thinking I must be allergic to something growing out there. I just today started taking a Zyrtec in the morning, but am not sure what to do about the rash. I don't want to irritate it. Any advice for me
