What Causes Rashes On The Cheeks With Small Bumps In A 4 Year Old?

I had a sore throat and cold symptoms last week, my 4yo seemed to get the sore throat as well, then we went to the lake and let her swim Saturday, My husband didn t come as he ended up sick all day with vomiting and diarrhea, two days later the 4yo began vomiting with diarrhea, feels much better the following day less than 12 hours, but the following days breaks out all over with a very itchy rash, there are raised bumps they are skin colored don t appear to be filled... They seemed to all disappear then next evening one bump started on her cheek and after itching have now spread.... Small bumps and a red skin area.

Thanks for the query.
For better diagnosis I need to see the picture.
But from your detailed description it looks like Urticaria to me.
Try cetrizine syrup along with calamine lotion for local application.
Hope i helped you.
