Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the rashes and white lumps over tongue seems to be due to Apthous Stomatitis leading to inflammation and rashes over the tongue while the lumps seems to be Apthous Ulcers..
In case if it happened immediately after the surgery it can be due to side effect of any medication that was given to you post surgery like antibiotic and painkiller..
In case if you have lumps on tongue it is not a sign of Granular Pharyngitis as in Granular Pharyngitis there are small lumps on the throat..
Marzon Duo is a combination containing Ampicillin and Sulbactam while montek lc is an anti allergic combination..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical evaluation and check whether there is Pharyngitis or not and you need medication like antibiotics or not..
In case if there is infection in throat causing Pharyngitis you can contine with antibiotics..
In case if there is only Stomatitis you can take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
Gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
You can take multivitamin supplements daily..
Do warm saline gargles..
Suck ice pops[only if there is no throat infection]..
Avoid spicy and hard foods and maintain a good oral hygiene..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
