What Causes Rashes All Over The Body With Severe Itching?

My daughter broke out with welp like rash..at first it was on back and legs,then later on that night it was all over here body. She has intense itching. She has never had this before,what do suggest it is. There is no fever and she acts herself except for the itching

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems like allergic reaction to some unknown allergen and there is erupting of itchy rashes and seems to be due to the allergic reaction..
You should consult an Allergist or an Immunologist and get her evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and blood investigation like RAST Test, Food challenge test can be done to rule out the exact cause of allergic reaction and an Immunotherapy can be give to her to reduce the severity of the allergic reaction if happen again..
As of now she might be advised to take anti-allergics like Benadryl and application of steroid ointment over the rashes to relieve itching..
Doing cool compresses and application of Calamine lotion can also help..
