What Causes Rapid Heart Beat And Shakiness In Body?
I am 18 yrs old a female I get these spells often: shaky, weak, and my heart feels like its racing when I am up walking at times. I also get a wave of hot flash in my face. What do you think that is? I check my blood sugars and they are fine 70-109. I am not diabetic

There are many different reasons for this problem
It can be due to anaemia, hypocalcemia, ,anorrhexia, thyroid variations, stress induced, electrolyte imbalance, or any cardiac problems like any valve disturbances, rheumatic problems
