What Causes Random Headaches?
I get random headaches and sometimes when I stand up I feel dizzy and can't see much my vision just blaks out, today I got a nosebleed an I haven't had one for a good few months and I was wondering if tey could be related and if saw what are these common symptoms of?

Hi, welcome to HCM, headache and dizziness with a nose bleed is probably due to high blood pressure. Please check your Blood pressure. Regards
