What Causes Raises Bumps On Anus Region?

It s a little embarrassing, but I have developed several skin colored to pink mole like raised bumps surrounding my anus. They are skin tone to pink and are located exterior surrounding my anus. They do not hurt or drain. Very concerned as they seem to have gone from one/two to several cluster like areas.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Folliculitis is a bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
Please meet a dermatologist and request to do culture and sensitivity test on pus obtained from the lesion for exact diagnosis.
Once the exact bacteria is known, specific treatment can be given.
Improper use of antibiotic can lead to resistance.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
