What Causes Radiating Pain From The Back To The Groin?

Last week i had moved wrong while loading a vehicle and had gotten extreme pain in back. After sitting down started to sweat and felt sick to my stomach. Since have had lower left side back pain that wraps around toward groin area. Kneeling and slightly bent forward or squatting on one knee helps relive the pain.

Hi,

Regarding the pain, let me tell you that it is most probably a muscle originated pain. You shouldn't worry more about it. I would recommend you to get prescribed analgesics like paracetamol. This would relieve your pain. I also suggest you to do stretching exercises in the morning, But do not strain more. Do not massage rigorously as it sometimes worsens the pain. You shall be fine soon, Do not worry.
