Hi
Thanks for choosing HCM for your query.
I have gone through your problem.
Some data is missing like gender, duration of your problem, medications taken for osteoporosis and anemia, etc.

I am of the opinion that you have some sort of acidity related problem most probably involving your food pipe this is referred to as gastroesophageal reflux disease or GERD.

Another possibility could be due to the side effects of drugs (like Bisphosphonates) used in the treatment of osteoporosis.

If you are taking these medication, it should be taken on empty with a glass of water and remain be seated for at least one hour to prevent the inflammation of the food pipe.

Otherwise you may start taking PPI drug for a period of 6-8 weeks.
If no improvement, visit your doctor for further evaluation like endoscopic examination and treatment.

Give your feedback if convinced.
Wishing your best of your health.
