Hello

Thank you for posting at HCM

You should consult a spine surgeon, and get an MRI Lower spine and Thoracic spine. It's a bit of confusion that how you are experiencing symptoms associated with Thoracic spine after a c section, in certain cases a lower level symptoms are seen due to anesthesia.

In our OPD setup we usually prescribe following to relieve symptoms while we await MRI and CBC report

Tab Pantovolk DSR 1-0-1 x 3 days ( Pantoprazol 40mg + Domperidone 10mg)
Tab Neurobion Forte 1-0-0 x 10 days
Tab Amzesik MR 1-0-1 x 5 days ( Diclofenac 50mg+ chlorzoxazone+ Paracetamol)

wish you well

thanks
