General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

noted history of breast pain, watery discharge and breast cysts formation. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. you have a history of cysts on your breasts and it needs to be monitored regularly. cystic formation of the breasts produces breast pain/tenderness/discomfort, especially before and during menstruation, when you have hormonal changes in your body. breast ultrasound and mammography may be requested as a part of evaluation. depending on the results, management (medical and/or surgical) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
