Hello Mrunal, TMT positive for inducible ischaemia literally means that there are ecg changes in your TMT which could suggest an coronary block of any of the arteries which resulted in the ecg changes . whoch artery and how much the blockage is , I d not known , however it may be significant. Now considering you age and the absence of any risk factors puts you at low risk for cardiac event , so that there is fair possibility that the test was false positive .Do consult your doctor and discuss the possibilities and further investigation yo rule things out before jumping to conclusions .
