What Causes "tmt Positive For Inducible Ischaemia" Mean?

Hi I am Mrunal from India 27 years old male having chest pain on Thursday i got ECG and it has changes i am not Hypertensive and non Diabetics my Troponin - T test was -ve but i gone through TMT where it was positive and mentioned TMT +VE FOR INDUCIBLE ISCHAEMIA what it measns??
I am not alcoholic and vegiterian
please suggest me what is going to wrong with me?

Hello Mrunal,
TMT positive for inducible ischaemia literally means that there are ecg changes in your TMT which could suggest an coronary block of any of the arteries which resulted in the ecg changes .
whoch artery and how much the blockage is , I'd not known , however it may be significant.

Now considering you age and the absence of any risk factors puts you at low risk for cardiac event , so that there is fair possibility that the test was false positive .Do consult your doctor and discuss the possibilities and further investigation yo rule things out before jumping to conclusions .
