Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m 50 years old, I ve had 4 live births.... When I am sitting in my chair totally relaxed I feel this quivering in my bladder. I feel absolutely no pain. I feels almost like when I was pregnant and the baby first started to move. What is causing this?
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here
There are many different reasons women experience fluttering and twitching in their lower stomach closer to the uterus
apart from pregnancy this could be caused from nerve endings, in which case could also be completely normal it may also be due to variety of other medical conditions including digestive disorders such as gas, constipation ,acid reflux disease, indigestion tumors, inflammation of the lining of the stomach etc
but if you have experience it for a few time and you have digestive problems like constipation or indigestion than most probably it is gas trapped in so nothing to worry about , but if you have no other issue and experiencing it persistently with other symptoms like abdominal crams and vaginal bleeding than i would strongly suggest you to see Your Dr to rule out any underlying medical condition
I hope it help Thanks & Get well Soon
