What Causes Pus Filled Black Blister Beside The Anus?

My friend just called and told me that a few days ago she found a black lump on the outside of her anus. It did not hurt. She said she squeezed it and clear fluid and puss came out. She said it has gone away and she hasn t seen anymore since. However, now she has a lump on the inside of her labia fold, lateral to his clitoris. She said its the size of a pea. She stated that she tried to pop it like the other one, but this time it wouldn t pop and it was painful. Is it possible that it could be swollen lymph node?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that black lump on the outside of her anus, that discharged pus and clear fluids seems most probably be due to formation of a Perianal abscess..
It occurs most commonly due to hairfollicle infection while other causes can be infected gland in the area or infection in the skin leading to pus formation under the skin..

I would suggest you to consult a Proctologist or Anorectal surgeon or you can even see a general surgeon and get evaluated.
He can advise you a course of antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller and topical application of antibiotic, steroid and numbing ointment..
Do warm compresses as it can ease in draining it off..
If it does not improve or start worsening then Incision and Drainage can help in faster resolution..
