What Causes Purple Stretch-mark On Inner Thigh?

Hi, I recently discovered purple stretch-mark like indentions on my inner thighs. I am 5 foot 3 inches and weigh about 100 lbs. I m also in pretty good shape. There is no pain in them but some of them are very noticeable. They range from about teeny tiny little lines to about half the size of my pinky. I also have not get bad and have no fever recently. Any ideas what this could be? Thanks!!

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

These are the stria juvenilis.

Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

I would suggest...

- vitamin A cap
- vitamin E cap
- vitamin C tablet
- apply tretinoin gel 0.012%
- apply vitamin E cream on the lesion

After long time striae might improve.

Thanks..
