What Causes Puffy Nipples In A Male?

i have a very muscular chest. i bench 255. im 5'7 160 pounds. for some reason my nipples are always puffy and are, it seems slanted. what do i do? it always feels like they are just poking out for everyone to see. it is a weird sensation.

*Any history of recurrent fever / thyroid pain/ eye pain / bulging eye ball/ tiredness?

*How is your quality of life?
*Any family history of thyroid disease/ goiter or thyroid malignancy?

any history of thigh or arm muscle weakness/ hump/striae?

To exclude hormonal disorder.

TSH/free T4/ calcium /fasting lipid profile/ ALT /
Calcium/phosphorus/HBA1C/ prolactin and HCG
