What Causes Puffiness On Eyelids Along With Blocked Nose?

Hi my question is both of my eyelids are puffy but the right one underneath the eye is swollen too. Is this an allergic reaction to something or an infection? They are not draining. I also have a stuffy nose like a cold. Thinking maybe allergies, but like I said one eye is puffier than the other.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I understand your problem.
Your history is strongly suggestive of allergic reaction. It does't matter whether one eye is more puffier than the other. However, you may also have associated infection.
I suggest you to visit an ophthalmologist, who can examine your eyes and come to a proper diagnosis.

Feel free to reply back if you have any other queries.

Take care.

Regards,

Dr. Prathap Kumar
