Urologist 's  Response
Hi
2) Gallbladder polyp usually do not need treatment unless symptoms occur.
3) 5 mm stone in right kidney do not require treatment - however the size and position need to be confirmed by CT scan and need further tests- urine routine, serum creatinine, calcium and uric acid levels.
1) and 4) Depends whether you have symptoms like difficulty or frequent urination - If so you need further tests like PSA, uroflowmetry to decide on optimal treatment- initially it will be in the form of tablets.
