What Causes Prostate Enlargement?

my doctor said i have an enlarged prostate, he gives me flowmax and another medication, question. I use meth . could the stuff they use to make it be the cause of my prostate problems, i know some times the use actifed in stead of the other garabge?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have prostate enlargement. It is very common in old age male. It is due to hormonal problem. It leads to hyperplasia of prostate. Most probably it is benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Drugs like tamsulosin(Flowmax) or prazosin(minipress) & finasteride are useful. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
