What Causes Prominent Painful Vein And Hemorrhoid In Anus?

My anus hurts lately When I sit , stand or lay down I feel pressure When I try to pass gas or poop I feel pain. The pain is near or just inside the anus hole. I do have a hemorrhoid and I examined myself and their is a large vein near the edge but inside kind of I have felt pain sometimes when I push Urine out. This has only gone on now for last week or so I thought it could be constipation but feel it s not since I am having vowel movements. But think it s possible. I feel it s hemorrhoid or a hemorrhoid thrombosis possibly. Please help me

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the symptoms of pain in anus while bowel movements along with pressure on sitting and observing a large vein near the edge of anus and inside can be due to Hemorrhoids only that are swollen and inflammed vein in the anal region and occurs commonly due to causes like chronic constipation or diarrhea, pregnancy and vaginal child birth, obesity,prolonged sitting etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Proctologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Anoscopy can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised to apply ointments containing Steroid and anaesthetic ointment like Lignocaine..
Do cool compresses..
You should take a high fibre diet along with plenty of water to ease in bowel movements..
You can also take laxatives and fibre supplements..
Avoid sitting for long hours..
In case if still there is no resolution you can be advised treatments like Sclerotherapy, Cryotherapy and surgical treatments like Rubber Band Ligation..
