What Causes Prominent Markings On The Lung X-ray?

I have seasonal elergy problem for years. Nearly 30 years ago I had pneumonia and around 20 years ago I started having occasional asthama. For the last eight years I had serious bouts of asthma. I ve been taking allopathic drugs and inhalers but no permanent solution. Recently my lung exray showed mild prominent markings for which I am worried and looking for a treatment. I have cough as well along with breathing problems

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Prominent lung marking can be from bronchitis like condition

Along you need to do is believe in bronchodilator therapy for asthma

Consult pulmonologoist for following work up...
_Auscultation
_CBC
_spirometry to assess severity and to decide management plan

If repeated asthma attack comes than formeterol and budesonide combination inhaler prescribed...

If CBC shows eosinophila than fexofenedine and montelukast combination prescribed for 10 days

In acute asthma attack short term steroid course or nebulization with levosalbutamol beneficial

Take care

Hope your concern solved
