What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Spotting With Blood Clot Post An Abortion?
Hi I had an abortion with pills in April then bleeding carried on until it stopped but I still experienced spotting..and I don t know when my period was to start so last night a huge clot came out and medium to heavy bleeding...what could be wrong with me

Sometimes on taking abortion pills the entire contents of conception may not be expelled out so usually they tend to come out through clots and bleeding.
However i suggest kindly consult a gynaecologist as your doctor may want to do dilatation and curettage to remove any left over products of conception so that your uterus can resume normal cycles.
