What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding, Clots And Tissue Discharge?

missed my periods last day was 3 of November..n on 18 dec 2016 i took med(anti preg piils,2 inserted in vaginally n two consumed orally) without hvng ultrasound n started bleeding the bleeding is still continuued on 31 i had a cvs n pelvis scan done n there RPOC were detected n one tissue measuring 4.2 -2.25 was seen..next day i passed a clot..measuring the same which was seen..is it possible that tissue passed out naturally or i need to get dnc done.I am 25 nd married Hb really got low 5.5

From your description, it is best advisable to contact your OB- GYN and get the D & C done. But since your Hb is low, you might also be required to increase the Hb level before the procedure. You might be given a transfusion or Iron sucrose injection at the discretion of the concerned Doctor. I would suggest you to visit your OB-GYN at the earliest.
