OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. There is irregular and delayed periods in PCOS because of hormonal disturbances. But since you are having heavy bleeding with abdominal cramps, with a history of passing of white fleshy mass, you mightn be having
a abortion. No contraceptive usage can lead to pregnancy. Heavy gush of bleeding is associated with abortion process.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist as soon as possible and get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly. Delay in seeking treatment can lead to excessive blood loss and further complications.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
