Hello dear. Best wishes for your girl. About jaudice you have to see its progresion if it is going away and becoming better is noyhing to worry since blood tests have normal results. In breastfeedind infants jaudice is normal up to two weeks . Sometimes it is prolonged to eight and if it is better everyday and blood tests normal is nothing to worry. About the splaying if it doesn't couse repettitive urinary tract infection is nothing to worry if Yes than it is a case of concern. If she is not febrile and feeding normaly dont use antibiotics. Repeat the urinary analisis and uroculture. Best regards dr Olgeta.
