What Causes Prolonged Headache With A Lump Behind Adams Apple?

I have had headaches non stop for a few months. Some days better than worse. Recently found a lump behind my adams apple, which doesn t feel attached to my esophagus but between it and my adams apple. It grinds against the back of my adams apple when I apply pressure to it. I experience pains primarily on the left side of my body quite frequently. irritable digestive activity, sometimes it takes a couple days for food to go through me, sometimes it goes right through me. Very bad hypnic jerks when trying to sleep. My throat odoesnt hurt all the time, and it s only on the left side. I ve had CT scan on head that showed normal, and heart and blood tests show nothing.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, most of the headaches are functional in origin and this is nothing to worry, the lump that you have noticed could be the lymph node and this may be normal one for the headache you can have "Acetaminophen" you have not mentioned your age and gender else something more specific could have been thought, hope this helps, and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
