What Causes Prolapse Of Bladder & Bowel With Back Pain?

Hello. I'm 62 years old female. Weight 83kg. and 176cm. tall. I'm waiting to see a gyno. for a prolapse which will mean surgery. I forget the exact terms but both the bladder & bowel are prolapsed. It's accompanied by a lower back ache and very uncomfortable. Anyhow that's not the query. I have noticed some small dark spots (about 3mm.) that look like blood blisters around the genital area, not inside the inner lips or vagina. They don't hurt & are not raised nor itchy. Do they mean anything? I hope you can enlighten me.

Well come to HCM
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be cervical prolapse, or vaginal prolapse and it may not be bladder or bowel prolapse, degree of prolapse matters but most of the time it needed surgery or some procedure to prevent it or to cure it you can discuss this with surgeon, dark spot may some skin lesion and it is nothing to take anything with the prolapse still it has to be kept under observation for any changes, ideally clinical examination needs to know the nature of spot without that it is not possible to say anything but it unrelated with the prolapse hope this information helps.
