hi welcome to health care magic.
profuse sweating during eating or after eating is the sign of diabetic neuropathy and is seen in some people. constant pain in the left arm should warrant a cardiac examination as cardiac diseases can prssent as chest and left armpain and tingling.
the other possibility is radiculopathy involving upper limb nerves due to diabetes you may consult a physician for proper evaluation and treatment.
All the best.
