What Causes Problems In Urination?

I have noticed the past few day that I haveno power when I urinate. If I try to push it out hard, like to pee on a fence 4 feet away, I can't do it and getg a pressure feeling behind my scrotum, almost like I need to poop or fart. I am a 38 year old male in good health, non smoker for 15 months and on no meds.
