What Causes Pricking Sensation In The Urethral Opening?
Hi, I am 27. I feel like needle pricking on the opening of urethra..I got 2 weeks back and i drank lots of water and it got cured on its own..In the urine result, i found that there is no infection..and again i got the same problem now...any suggestions please.

Any history of urethral discharge or recent contact with sexual partner. any redness over urethral opening. Any history of stone disease, as stones in ureter r known to radiate pain in urethra or stone may in urethra.
How is urine routine...pus cells...if more than 5 may indicate infection. Get ultrasound KUB to rule out stone disease. Get Xraay pelvis to rule stone in urethra.
May be it is simply urethritis. Take plenty of water and antibiotics if required based on history and reports.
