What Causes Pressure On The Hips While Standing?

When I stand up, it feels like my hip is locking and I cannot weight bear on my leg. It takes various movements before it releases. I have a known full thickness anterior labral tear but on physical exam, I have no pain. What can be the cause of this problem?

You might be having an impingement syndrome.
Need to be evaluated by mri scan and examination by an orthopaedician.
