What Causes Pressure On Chest?
Hello,
I am a 35 year old male ,caucasian,.married, smoker, with little exercise, 176 cm and around 78 kg.
For more than a month that I have been having some difficulty sleeping due to small chest disconfort and also when I lay down I can hear my own heart beat. I have been feeling for the last week a little pressure on my chest on the left side about the size and thicness of a pen. Small disconfort on my posterior left side of the neck as well.
I do not have a family Doctor and I live in Canada.
Any advise on what to do would be much appreciated.
