What Causes Pressure In The Lower Back And Flatulence?

I experience a small pressure in my lower back in the evenings only after I have eaten dinner. I also am experiencing the passing of gas more than normal. In the morning after I have bowel movement I tend to feel better. I believe that I have more bowel movements per day than I should. Can you assist. Thanks.

Hello
i appreciate your concern
excessive flatulence could be due to indigestion; high protein diet or worm infestation

Lower Back ache may be related to disc problem or muscle spasm if you can upload me complete medical history I will.be able to guide you better

I would advise you for few tests like X ray LS spine
stool test for ova cyst or protozoa blood for hemoglobin liver function test AEC (absolute eosinophil count)

Have plenty of fluids and dietary fiber supplements
You may require Antihelminthic drug like albendazole
Hope this helps you
best wishes
