What Causes Pressure In Abdomen Along With Pus In Sperm?

i am 24 year unmarred law student . one day burning in urine .i go to physician . he gave me levoflox 750 for 15 days . urine routine show 4-5 cell. after 15 day i back to normal . but about 1 month again burning urine .penics did not active or stand . sperm show yellow pus . pressure on bladder . frequent urine . back side burning. i go to uroglist . ultra sound show normal . urine flow also normal. 2-3 pus cell shown in urine rourine test . doctor DONE DRE test and said that you have prostitis. he give me veltam 0.4 and ofloxacin tablets ip 400 mg for 4 week . again i feel to normal . after 15 days again some symptom back . doctor give me 12 week of ofloxacin tablets ip 400 mg. what is this happen to me and what is the exact or full treatment im 45 day of ofloxacin tablets ip 400 mg sir plz help me

Well come to HCM
Urinary tract infection in case of male is very less common,
Urine culture sensitivity test is advisable.
Blood test also need to be done
urethra, ureter, anomaly need to be ruled out
If this is not due to infection then antibiotic may not work
Advise:
Drink more water without the thirst
Medication:
Disodium Hydrogen citrate solution 20 mg solution four times in day
