What Causes Premature Ejaculation?
hello sir, since 1 year when ever i get sexually excited few drops of clean sticky liquid comes out of my penis and my sperm ejaculation period has also shorten, in around 2 to 3 minutes sperm comes out. before it was around 15 to 20 minutes...what could be the reason for this problem. please help me doctor

The drops of sticky fluid which comes out of penis in excited state are nothing but precum. These are seminal secretions and are secreted for the purpose of lubrication. This is not semen and there is no need to worry for that. Usually anxiety is one of main reason for premature ejaculation.
