What Causes Premature Ejaculation Long After A Hypospadias Repair?
Hello doctor, I am a 24 yr old male undergone a penis surgery in childhood for urine not coming in a straight stream . My penis didn t grow well from then.my penis on erection is4.5 inches length 5 inches in girth the foreskin is permanently attached due to the surgery .I am having normal arousal but little problem with erectile dysfunction and also premature ejaculation .I ejaculate immediately after entering .I wanted to use viagra .But afraid of priapism . Kindly help me.can I use 12.5 mg of viagra.
