What Causes Premature Ejaculation And Pain In Groin Post Varicocele Surgery?
Three months ago I had an operation on the left testicle varicocele,After the operation I feel pain in the left testicle and left leg from the groin to the knee.I did the tests of sperm, urine and swab from the penis they are negative but i still have pain. After ejaculation, pain increases and I get to ejaculate very quickly is this normal ? what i need to do? i cant have a normal sex live and this is wary disappointing situation please helps and thanks in advance

i really appreciate your concern,
Premature ejaculation is mostly a psychological defect. you had an ejaculation problem, and operated for it you thought the problem is solved.
but it was not solved or there was recurence. I advise you to consult a physician or sexologist for treatment.
Besides i advise you to follow some diet recommendations as take more of green leafy vegetables pulses sprouts egg meat milk fruits and juices . especially raw onion and raddish as
salads regularly
