What Causes Premature Ejaculation After Stop Doing Masturbation?

I am a 25 years young boy ,i have a problem during sex with my partner. I did regular masturbate from 1 0 Years.but i quit masturbate from one month.while i an facing problem during sex i.e early discharge ,and improper size of my penis.. Sir plz help me and give me better suggestion for better result ..

I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

As a physician I would like to tell you that Premature Ejculation (PE) is a condition which has multiple factors contributing to it like stress, performance anxiety, alcohol, smoking etc. In your case it may be performance anxiety. But I want to assure you that your habit of masturbation is not a cause for your PE problem.

Thus, I would suggest that you should at first try using condoms, do kegal exercises, do start and stop method during sex when you are close to ejaculation, Decrease stress about your performance, go hit the gym and the problem will subside after 2-3 months on it's own without any medications.

I would also like to advice that if the problem still persist you should visit a Psychiatrist to talk to them about your issues and they can prescribe you some drugs like Dapoxetin 30mg for 10-15 days to overcome your problem as last measure.
