What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms With Negative Result In HPT?

I just removed the implanon birth control about a month ago. Before and after the removal my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex. My cycle hasn t come yet and my pregnancy test are negative. I have all the pregnancy symptoms and this would be my third child. I just need to know wat to do.

Hi,

If you did sex in fertile period of cycle then pregnancy is possible. Pregnancy test will give positive result once your period will delay by more than 7 days form normal expected period date. I would suggest to go for blood HCG test after consulting gynecologist as it is more accurate and give pregnancy test even with in 7 days of delayed period.

If blood HCG will be less than 25 mIu/ml then pregnancy is not possible. In absence of pregnancy, delayed period and pregnancy symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance. Period can be induced by progesterone pill in hormonal imbalance. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
