What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms Despite The Pregnancy Test Being Negative?
it has been three weeks of feeling fatigue and then getting other classic symptoms of being pregnant. I have three children so it feels just like my other pregnancies just I am not actually late yet for my period and pregnancy test are negative. So my question is , is it possible to feel these things so strong so fast and be pregnant or is there something else that just feels the same as being pregnant

I understand your concern
Some time pregnancy test will give negative result.
I would suggests to undergo Blood HCG test to confirm the pregnancy.
If blood HCG is less than 25 mIU/ml then pregnancy is not possible.
You have to find other cause of delayed period like:
Hormonal imbalance: high progesterone- it produce similar symptoms like pregnancy.
Ovarian cyst, endometriosis, adenomyosis should be rule out.
So consult the gynecologist and undergo reproductive and thyroid hormone analysis, USg scan and ovarian follicle study.
If you do not pregnancy them it can be terminated by the abortion pill under the advice of gynecologist.
Other cause require specific treatment.
