What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms And Faint Positive Tests?

Okay i really need to know if im pregnant or not . So, i had a period last month August but was shorter than usual. I am secual active almost every week. The week after that period i eas having very light buy red spotting, this occurred every morning for five days straight. During this time i had taken 3 pregnancy test and they all came with faint positives each time. I have been having symptoms like dizziness,fatigue,naseua,cramps,mood swings,cravings, anf again the spotting . Now this month September i started im guessing another period. Im confused if im pregnant or not. Does anybody know what's wrong or what should i do? THANKS!

Hello,
As your home pregnancy tests have constantly given inconclusive results, the best thing to do in the current scenario is to get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres followed by a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the state of the pelvic organs and to exclude/confirm pregnancy and if positive, the viability and the location of the sac. If you are pregnant, this spotting could mean some implantation bleed or hormone deficiency and you may need hormone supplements to rectify this. Please avoid further intercourse until things are clarified. Hope this helps.
