What Causes Pregnancy Like Symptoms With Negative HPT?
i was on cerazette for 3 years i was sick jiust after x mas bcoz i had flu like symptoms i was sick for 3 days still taking pills then i started pregnency like symptoms i stopped taking pill on 13 jan had little spotting on 17 and 18 jan pregnancy test negative on 16 jan still fell pregnant plz help me confused

Your confusion is valid. This is because cerazette is a progesterone oral contraceptive which provides contraception by creating what is known as pseudopregnant (pregnancy like)state. It is therefore no wonder that side effects of cerazette are felt as pregnancy.
You had spotting due to withdrawal effect of the drug.
If you want to rue out pregnancy completely, you can get a serum Beta HCG levels done. Its a blood test that detects minutest pregnancy. Value less than 5 rules out pregnancy.
As you have stopped taking cerazette, please do adopt alternative methods like barrier contraception ( condom, spermicidal jelly etc) in this cycle and start your cerazette afresh from the next cycle when HCG report is negative.
